A swelled head is not what you think so get your head out of the gutter.
Swelled heads are egos that are so inflated they start to resemble bobble heads.
You are as good as your last accomplishment. A huge ego can blind you to believe you are beyond repercussion or that you can treat anyone like crap.
Celebrities suffering from swelled head syndrome are people who really believe that they should be worshiped like Gods...like NOT!
Remember a celebrity is no different from YOU (except they are really popular) and he or she is not perfect or beyond consequences.
Remember fame is fleeting...one day your hot and the next day you are not...if you don't believe me see if you can figure out what happened to these swelled heads from the 80's and 90's and 2k?

Lisa divorced Kravitz is now with a new beau and child. She stays out of the limelight. I don't think her head ever got that big but you get the gist.

Axl Rose famous for his attitude as the lead singer of one of the most amazing rock groups of our time, Guns N' Roses. Axl is now more famous for his insane temper and but hey. He tours solo now but his claim to super stardom sailed years ago.
Sandra Bernhard was/is a famous comic with a potty mouth she is also an actress and starred on sitcoms like Roseanne. She was Madonna's 80's BFF. Bernhard is most famous for her attitude that has benefited her in comedy but it has also been to her detriment at other points in her career.

Sean Young was a rising start in the 80's for films like Blade Runner, Dune, Stripes, Wall Street . Her talent justified her difficult rants during that time because she one of the most sought after actresses during that era. Fast forward to 2k and Sean Young is taking roles on celebrity reality shows. One of the reasons for her unfortunate demise is a result of addiction and the other reason Sean Young is not getting award winning parts is because Young is blacklisted in Hollywood.
