I truly believe that we are a beautiful and sexy no matter the size or shape as stated in the mylunakiss post Inner Beauty. It seems that staying thin is an obsession - starving celebrities, gaunt fashion models - this type of image does not represent reality and it can be life threatening too many young girls who suffer from eating disorders.

Renn started high fashion modeling at the age of 14 after she was discovered by a model scout in New York City. Renn was told that she would need to lose almost 33% of her body weight to qualify as a model. Renn eventually suffered from severe health issues because she was pressured to reduce her size so drastically which caused her to reassess her diet and exercise habits.
Renn developed a healthy lifestyle and was repositioned by her agents as a plus-size model (USA Size 12). 'Hungry: A Young Model's Story of Appetite, Ambition and the Ultimate Embrace of Curves ', written by Renn is about her experiences in the fashion industry and her struggle to stay an unhealthy size.
Unfortunately, Crystal Renn seems to have lost her fight again with staying healthy and is down to a size 8 at the Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2011 according to Brittny Drye from Cafe Mom.
Personally, I think Crystal Renn is most beautiful at a size 12 and that is how I feel and if you don't agree - I don't need to hear why...

“A woman can never be too rich or too thin" is a popular phrase that originated in the 1960s. During that time, women were obsessed with being thin like Twiggy ( popular 1960s model).I say you can never be something you are not. The only time you can never be - is harmful to your body.The average size of an American woman is not a size 0 but a size 14, height 5'4 and weight 140 lbs and about 1/3 of American women are a size 16 or larger.
